They had five different ethnic restaurants, and, although I forget which one we chose, the menu included turtle soup. It was so delicious--the best soup I've eaten in my life--that I ended up ordering three bowls and skipping the entree. I still salivate at the memory. Sadly I never ran across turtle soup again in the next 40 years. My first meal in Heaven.
