Wow… I leave in 35 days! These past few days I’ve been on this excitement high. I feel like everything else is a blur as I rush around planning the final little details of my trip. I should hopefully have a final as it can be itinerary tomorrow when Melissa comes over and we sort through all the details of our trip and hopefully get our trainpass by next week.

My father recently ordered the Canon Optura 60 and he’s graciously letting me take the camera with me, so when I get back I’ll hopefully have a few videos to upload to the site! I’m really excited for this since I’ve (in the past 2 years) recently discovered the fun of video editing.

Also, being the digi-geek I am, I’ve decided I’m going to get the iPod Mini which will allow me to bring along all those songs I just can’t live without. Now… if only they could solve my book fetish problem in a similar fashion. (Anyone else itching for a ebook-palm-pilot-ish type gadget?)

Hopefully soon I’ll have time to put up my resources page and add a travel tips/links page. But, for now clutter is calling my name from the confines of this room and it’s begging to be cleaned.
