Even though I’m “stranded” in Honolulu for a week of USCG safety training, I must admit it beats almost anywhere else the USCG probably trains it’s candidates. :) Sunday I spent the afternoon on Waikiki Beach having lunch in a nice little restaurant, reading more of my book while laying out on the sand and swimming in the famously powerful waters of Hawaii. And while today was mostly spent in a cold boring classroom I did get to enjoy a lovely sunset right from my hotel window.
I miss Honolulu! Its too damn expensive to live there!
